Fee: $85 for Campers registered by June 30th

$115 after June 30th.

*(Camp Fee covers rental, t-shirt, food, and supplies).

Special: $10 discount for campers for every 1st time camper you bring to camp with you!

Church Camp Rules / Media Release

Every student is expected to conform to these rules of conduct while on Youth Activities: No possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco | No fighting, weapons, fireworks, lighters, or explosives | No offensive or immodest clothing | Participation with the group is expected | Respect property | Respect Boundaries of others. | No Physical contact and remain with group. | No boys in girls’ sleeping quarters and no girls in boys’ sleeping quarters | Respect one another, staff, and adult leaders | Respect and comply with event schedules – Departure times, itineraries etc...... | No electronic devices are allowed on trips or at events: DVD player, mp3 players, Handheld games, Cellphones ETC...unless other wise stated by leader. Cameras/ video cameras are exceptions.

Students who fail to comply with these expectations may be sent home at their parents’ expense. The undersigned does hereby also give permission for any photos/videos of my child to be used in promotional materials understanding that no names or personal information will be used.

NOTE: There will be a $100 charge to any student causing damage to a mattress. In addition, a minimum charge of $150 will be assessed to any student putting graffiti on the walls in any part of the camp.

Student and Parent/Guardian must sign indicating that you have read and understood the rules and expectations of all campers during CBC Church Camp at Camp Peniel.

Permission for Medications

I hereby give my permission to share pertinent medical information with camp staff as necessary. I hereby give my permission for the person herein described to receive the following medication while attending camp, under the supervision of the camp nurse. Neither camper nor staff member should have medication in their possession at any time. Please give ALL medication to the Counselor at time of check-in. He/She will see that medication is given when due.

Medical & Liability Release

Realizing the nature of emergencies, and that I may not be able to be reached, although every effort will be made to do so, permission is granted for the camp personnel to administer first aid and common non-emergency medical treatments; I also give my permission that medical measures be instituted without delay as the judgment of the physician selected by the staff deems necessary, including injection, anesthesia, or surgery.

This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for these events.
